Eligibility Criteria for the Netherlands Job Seeker Visa

- Situation 2: Completed a master’s degree in the last 3 years as part of an Erasmus Mundus Masters Course.
- Situation 3: Completed one of these programs in the Netherlands in the last 3 years:

- A post-master program in the Netherlands lasting at least one academic year (minimum 10 months).
- A study program within the Cultural Policy (Special-Purpose Funding) Act.

- Situation 4: Graduated with a master’s, doctoral, or post-master degree from a Designated Foreign Educational Institution (a top-ranked university outside the Netherlands).
What is a Designated Foreign Educational Institution?
Designated institutions are top-ranked universities (in the top 200) based on at least two recognized global university rankings from different publishers.
